Provision of Water Temperature Remote Monitoring Services-West Kent Housing Association's water temperature monitoring has been carried out by it DLO personnel. The wish is to move away from manual monitoring to automation. This would minimise the risks associated with manual monitoring (such as fluctuations in temperatures due to the time they are taken, the temperatures being taken to the wrong locations, failure to monitor, etc).

Lift Refurbishment Works at Navigation House-The Client wishes to enter into an agreement with a Lift Contractor for the refurbishment of an existing MRL hydraulic passenger/light goods lift at Navigation House, Kent. Navigation House is a residential housing scheme located over 4 floors. Any associated building and electrical works shall be undertaken by the lift contractor, and all plant, equipment and materials, necessary to deliver and install the equipment shall be included within the tender price. Replacement of lift control board and associated works at Woodlands Court-Renewal of the lift control panel that has a software fault with a new variable speed control panel to suit MRL with remote Ziehl drive and magnetek HPV1000 gearless loop. Supply of Plumbing Electrical & General Building Materials-Supply of plumbing, heating and general building materials, awarded via CHIC's Merchant Framework.

Provision of Moisture and Damp Surveys-This is a direct award off the South East Consortium's Consultancy Services Framework, Lot 3 (Building Surveying). West Kent Housing Association requires a Moisture and Damp Survey on two blocks of flats in Edenbridge, Kent. They are not to be internally inspected, but the external survey should capture any external repairs that potentially affect these properties.
