Provision of Appropriate Adult Service-The Police and Crime Commissioner for Warwickshire has awarded a contract to provide an Appropriate Adult Service for Vulnerable Adults in response to requirements specified in the Police and Criminal Evidence Act (PACE) 1984. This was via a further competition via YPO DPS Framework 1015 Appropriate Adult Service.

Health and Safety Consultancy Services-The Police & Crime Commissioner for Warwickshire on behalf of Warwickshire Police has awarded a contract for health and safety consultancy services. This was a direct award following an internal exemption process due to urgency of projects and the supplier having the appropriate level of police vetting, existing knowledge of Warwickshire Police estate and due to lack of internal resource.

Forensic Collision Investigators Courses & Modules-The Police & Crime Commissioner for Warwickshire on behalf of Warwickshire Police has awarded a contract for the provision of Forensic Collision Investigator courses & modules. This was a direct award via exemption due to the unique & restricted supplier base.

Airwave Radio Support Services-The Police & Crime Commissioner for Warwickshire on behalf of Warwickshire Police has awarded a further short extension to the contract for continued support and maintenance of Airwave police radios. An additional 3 month extension via exemption has been approved to cover the interim period until recently recruited internal resource can provide this service.

Supply & Storage Mailing System Consumables-The Police & Crime Commissioner for Warwickshire has awarded a contract for supply & storage of mailing machine consumables. This was a direct award via exemption due to the requirement of the envelopes to be the exact specification for the mail inserter previously bought from supplier, this is to avoid damage to the machine and machine downtime . The volumes of mail generated by the Road Safety Unit have increased resulting in uplift of required consumables.

Business Intelligence Application Licences & Support Renewal-The Police & Crime Commissioner for Warwickshire has awarded a contract to renew the provision of SAP licences and support for the Business Intelligence (BI) application to allow continuation of service.

QAS (Quick Address Search) NameTracer Software-The Police & Crime Commissioner for Warwickshire has awarded a contract for the supply of Quick Address NameTracer software to link in with existing command & control platform. This was a direct award via exemption to existing supplier that provides mapping software due to requirement for QAS software determined by command & control platform.

PINS (Prisoner Intelligence Notification System) Software-The Police & Crime Commissioner for Warwickshire on behalf of Warwickshire Police has awarded a contract for continued use of PINS software. This was a direct award via Crown Commercial Services G Cloud 13 RM1557.13. The contract is for 3 years with an option to extend for a further year, the contract value provided is based on the 3 years plus extension.
