The Provision of Cycle Training Services and a range of Cycling Promotional Activities-The main objective of this contract is to ensure that children, teenagers and adults in Warrington increase their ability and enthusiasm to cycle in a safe manner and develop the necessary skills to control their bicycles and to make trips on roads and cycle paths. It is also to ensure that the government Bikeability grant and any other funding for cycle training purposes is used in an appropriate and timely manner and is monitored and accounted for in the services delivered and invoiced.

Cultural Services-Culture Warrington (Company number 07974406) are contracted by Warrington Borough Council to manage a number of facilities including Parr Hall, Pyramid Arts Centre and Warrington Museum and Art Gallery, as well as cultural and heritage services including education services to primary schools and outreach activities.

The Provision of Cycle Training Services and a range of Cycling Promotional Activities-Warrington Borough Council (The Council) is looking to secure a provider to help increase the number of journeys made by bicycle in Warrington by ensuring that children and adults are trained to Bikeability/National Standard to be competent and confident, and increase their ability to cycle in a safe manner with skills to control their bike and to make trips on roads and cycle paths.

Detached Youth Work-The provision of Detached Youth Work through an outreach support programme to reduce anti-social behaviour in Warrington, by engaging young people involved in or at risk of crime and anti-social behaviour, in positive diversionary activities.

Licences and Support Services (EDMS)-Licences and software support services for the Council's Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) .
