Content & Video Creation-We are looking for an agency to develop a concept, storyboard and produce 5 long videos (Tier 1 and 3a) including short cuts of each (Tier 2 and 3b), over the next year. We also require a concept and story board for nine subject level (Tier 4) videos, the outputs of which will be produced as additional work outside of the scope of this project.

Electron Beam Evaporator-To complement our lithography capabilities the Southampton Nanofabrication Centre (SNC) is looking to invest in an electron beam evaporator capable of partnering with current tools to deliver high quality 200mm wafer lift off processing. Lift off is a technique which underpins multiple high value and strategic projects for the facility, and we wish to renew our capability for another generation to partner with our next wave of lithography investment.

Plate Scanner Goniometer Attachment-A Goniometer Attachment was procured to allow for rapid x-ray diffraction screening of crystal samples grown in well plates. The attachment should allow screening of up to 96 crystal samples and must be able to interface with a Rigaku UG2 goniometer and Rigaku 007 Micromax HF generator. The goniometer attachment must be able to be driven by Crysalis Pro software. It must be able to be serviced by engineers who are experts on our current equipment and be covered by our current service contract.

Digital High Resolution Microscope-The University of Southampton requires a Digital High Resolution Microscope to be used within the Faculty of Environment & Life Sciences. The primary application of the equipment will be to use imaging to select, discriminate and facilitate the manual recovery of protein crystals, which will then be used for X-ray diffraction crystallography. Coherent Scanning Interferometer-The University procured a 3D optical profiler - Coherent Scanning Interferometer to analyse optical samples for both form and roughness. The samples vary in composition and shape, these include silicon, silica, lithium niobate and multi-layered samples.

Liquid Chromatography System-The University requires a bioinert, full ultra-performance liquid-chromatography system to directly interface with our existing Waters MS system (Synapt) to enable untargeted metabolomics to be performed. Curved Pixel Array Detector for Diffractometer-A curved Pixel Array detector for single crystal diffraction applications. The detector should offer up to 100 degrees angular coverage from edge to edge and should be capable of rapid collections.
