Appointment of Quantity Surveying Services for Cork University Business School (CUBS) –New Facility. The new CUBS building will provide c.17,000 m2 of space and will amalgamate and accommodate all components of the Cork University Business School which is currently dispersed at multiple locations on the UCC campus.

This Tender is to establish a multi supplier framework of Construction Consultancy Services for Small & Minor Works projects at University College Cork with a maximum of Seven (7) participating teams to whom specific contracts may be awarded on a non-exclusive basis based on the terms of a framework agreement. The Framework Agreement will be established on foot of competitive tenders received for the award of the initial contract for the Mardyke Arena Strength and Conditioning Gym which is a 350m2 single storey extension to the North East of the existing Mardyke Arena complex (the “Initial Contract”).

The Irish Management Institute are seeking to replace the current finance system with a modern off-the-shelf FMS solution. The contracting authority will be the Irish Management Institute, not University College Cork. Multi-Party Framework Agreement for Dental Consumables to University College Cork

Qualification Questionnaire for the establishment of a panel for the provision of Hotel/Guest House/Self-Catering Accommodation for UCC Placement Students. This panel will primarily serve the requirements of the UCC School of Medicine. There are 19 Lots on the Panel based on the locations where accommodation is required in the Munster region.

This Panel will serve two of UCC’s Schools/departments, Adult Continuing Education (ACE) and The Centre for Continuing Professional Development (CPD). CPD and ACE may from time to time require the services of an external provider to deliver Educational Services on UCC’s behalf. The objective of this Request for Tenders is for UCC to establish a Panel of economic operators for the provision of Educational Services for CPD and ACE.
