The University wants to acquire: An Optical Profilometer and its associated services of commissioning, training, and maintenance (LOT 1), and a Temperature Control Stage and its associated services of commissioning, training (LOT 2).

The University wants: - To implement a Frame Agreement with temporary employment agencies in order to manage peaks and troughs in workloads; - To conclude a Frame Agreement with temporary employment agencies able to support the University by providing temporary staff; - To be provided with qualified staff in line with the scope and requirements for each specific engagement; - To be provided with high quality temporary agency candidates who have the right mix of skills, experiences and qualifications, as required and specified by the hiring manager. Temporary staff will be remunerated and their administrative management will be carried out by the temporary agency. The employer of temporary staff shall in any event remain the temporary agency.

The University wants to purchase An Atomic Force Microscope (AFM) and its associated services of training, commissioning and, maintenance requested as an option, in order to gain insights into material properties on the nanometer scale of semiconductors, soft and living matters in various environments.

The University wants to have external support for the development, maintenance, and support of ServiceNow® solutions, including the following: - Customizing the platform taking into consideration the University’s specific needs (e.g., new func-tionalities). - Performing evolutive and adaptive maintenance in coordination with the existing applications. - Providing corrective maintenance.

The University wants to procure the following state-of-the-art multiphoton imaging systems for imaging of in vivo mouse brains in order to have new insights into neurodegenerative diseases research based on the rodent model: - A two-photon (2P) imaging system, - A three-photon (3P) imaging system. This Call for Tenders is aimed at concluding a contract for supplies and services, for a period specified on page 1 of the present document in order to retain a Contracting Party known for its expertise in providing both a two-photon (2P) imaging system and a three-photon (3P) imaging system and, also, performing their associated services of training and commissioning.

L’Université souhaite la mise en place d’un Accord-Cadre pour sélectionner un organisme agréé unique en charge de la réalisation des contrôles réglementaires des installations et équipements techniques de l’Université du Luxembourg. Les bénéfices attendus sont les suivants : - Identifier un interlocuteur unique, - Recourir à un organisme agréé unique, - Disposer d’un planning unique de contrôles périodiques sous un même format, - Avoir une meilleure vue d’ensemble sur les non-conformités des différents bâtiments. Cet Appel d’Offres vise à conclure un Accord-cadre, fixé à un (1) an, renouvelable trois (3) fois un (1) an (1 + 1 + 1 + 1) sur l’avis de l’Université, afin de retenir un titulaire sans remise en concurrence, reconnu pour son expertise dans le domaine des contrôles périodiques réglementaires des installations et équipements techniques de l’Université du Luxembourg.

Within the framework of research and academic activities, the University wishes to proceed with the purchase of : - Generalist gift vouchers (multi-brand and all types of products). This Call for Tenders is aimed at concluding a Framework Agreement, fixed at two (2) years, renewable two (2) times for one (1) year (2 + 1 + 1) on the advice of the University, in order to retain a Contracting Party, without reopening of competition, known for its expertise in providing gift vouchers. The contract shall only include the following lot: Unique lot: Supply of dematerialized multi-brand gift vouchers. By "dematerialized" format the University means for example e-voucher, e-code, etc. The University does not expect prepaid cards as a format.
