Tromsø Municipality hereby invites tenderers to participate in an open tender contest for a framework agreement for the procurement of annual inspections and service of sprinkler installations for the municipality's entities. Fixed annual inspections and service as required. The estimated total procurement over four years is NOK 3,000,000 - NOK 4,500,000 excluding VAT. Options for extensions are included in this estimate. The maximum value over 4 years is NOK 5,000,000 excluding VAT.

1 lorry / multi-use vehicle 4x4, with an option for 1 extra lorry / multi-use vehicle. The contest includes part exchange of a 2011 model Scania G480CB 4x4+1 hook lift vehicle with an under cutter and snow clearing plate that has done approx. 255,000 km. The vehicle has had a service and repairs, contract until 120,000 km/5 years, well maintained.

Tromsø Municipality needs a new framework agreement for interpretation services, which shall cover in-person interpretation, telephone interpretation, video interpreters and translation of documents.

Tromsø Municipality would like to procure a new electronic patient journal system (EPJ) for the health service, which consists of the following units: - Emergency doctors surgeries - Inter-municipal emergency doctor centre - Social medical department - Kraft university health centre (GP surgery) - The doctor service in nursing homes and Helsehuset - Tromsø vaccination office - Municipal chief physician See the attached documents for further information.

Tromsø Municipality, together with the Port Authority of Tromsø, shall enter into a framework agreement for snow clearing, including clearing snow from roofs and ice removal from the contracting authority's buildings. The contract also includes snow clearing on paths, verandas, and entrances. The total value for a four-year contract is approx. NOK 4000000. Options are included in this estimate. The contracting authority informs that this is a new agreement area and consequently lacking previous experience figures on consumption.

Tromsø Municipality plans to renovate and upgrade Storgata in Tromsø centre. The project stretches from the junction Fredrik Langes gate to Bispegata. The total length is approx. 350 m, and the project comprises approx. 6800 m² urban street in the main project, as well as approx. 450 m² in options. The upgrade includes the establishment of new covers, steps/ramps to the businesses along the street, street furniture, and planting, as well as technical infrastructure.

Tromsø and Karlsøy municipalities would like to enter into a framework agreement for the purchase of electrical materials and street lighting supplies. Otra Norge AS (Sonepar Norge AS) is the framework agreement supplier. Ahlsell Norge AS and Elektroskandia Norge AS are also qualified for participation in mini contest when the value exceeds NOK 60,000.

Tromsø kommune ved Seksjon for anskaffelser [Tromsø Municipality c/o the Section for Procurements] wants to establish a dynamic purchasing system (DPS) for the purchase of vehicles for Tromsø Municipality and Karlsøy Municipality. The contract will apply to all of the municipality's entities. Municipal companies, cultural buildings, the arts centre and municipal foundations can use the contract if needed.
