Tromsø Municipality shall enter into a framework agreement for taxi services. The taxi services include all of the contracting authority’s employees. Municipal enterprises are included in the agreement.

Tromsø brann og redning KF intends to procure a new rescue boat for minor assignments at sea, including transporting equipment, laying lenses, and as a fast turn-out boat for rescuing persons in the water. The boat must be delivered registered and ready for turn-outs at Tromsø brann og redning KF.

The purpose of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement with a tenderer that will deliver a diversity of digital teaching aids and digital teaching resources. The procurement will also cover a digital solution for the purchase, supervision and administration of licenses. The agreement will ensure that all students in the schools in Tromsø have good access to digital teaching aids and digital learning resources.

Tromsø Municipality will enter into a framework agreement for legal services. Legal services means the following services: 1. Legal assistance: i. Legal assistance in specific cases or on a general basis, and ii. Representation in dispute cases, e.g. negotiations and court cases The framework agreement is mainly intended to cover legal assistance within the following areas of law: a. Contracting law b. Public procurements c. Competition law In addition, the tenderer must anticipate that there may be a need for legal services in other areas of law.
