Foxhole Ecology Hub-Agreement for provision of grant funding to support the Recipient in its mission to create the Foxhole Ecology Hub

English as Second or Other Language (ESOL) for Asylum Seekers & Refugees-Torbay Council has awarded a contract to deliver an English as a Second or Other Language (ESOL) provision to people supported under Home Office identified pathways living within Torbay.
