The services contract is to provide an Architect Led Integrated Design Team Consultancy Services for: a) Rialto Digital & Enterprise Hub – refurbishment and upgrade of the former Rialto Cinema building (a protected structure), circa 1,100sm, into a digital and enterprise hub comprising of bespoke office incubation space for start-up companies, meeting and conference room facilities, collaborative working space, hot desk area, etc. b) Rialto Residential Development – construction of between 8-10 one bed two storey residential units (one up and one down) within the external yard area to the rear of the former Rialto Cinema building site

The Contracting Authority wishes to invite proposals for the provision of Training Delivery Services in the areas of Roads, Water and Environment. Tenders from qualified Training Providers are sought for the provision of bespoke training courses. Training providers appointed to the framework will be obliged to provide the training under the supervision of the Regional Training Centres. Courses will be held either at one or more Training Centres or at another venue approved by the Regional Training Centres. The Regional Training Centres are located in: i. Ballincollig, Co. Cork, ii. Ballycoolin, Dublin, iii. Castlebar, Co. Mayo, iv. Roscrea, Co. Tipperary v. Stranorlar, Co. Donegal

Architect Led Integrated Design Team Consultancy Services for the Proposed Demolition of an Existing Library Building and Construction of a New Library Building at Clonmel, Co. Tipperary

Tipperary County Council is engaging in a competitive tendering process for the establishment of an Engineering framework agreement for Consultancy Services in relation to Active Travel, Projects in Co Tipperary of project value less than €50,000 per project. The framework agreement will be established, subject to the receipt of a sufficient number of valid tenders. Each tender submission must include all of the following disciplines: • Civil and Structural Engineering Services including: Transportation Engineering Environmental Engineering Services Project Management Services including: • Project Supervisor Design Process & Employers Representative Only those applicants capable of delivering disciplines above and associated specialist skills (whether in-house or as a grouping/consortium) will be considered.

Tipperary County Council, Mary Immaculate College and Department of Rural and Community Development intends to carry out, in an integrated, comprehensive and planned manner the redevelopment of Thurles Farm Building. The proposal seeks to restore and redevelop a vacant public building as a functional town centre space. This project is a flagship project identified in the public consultation stages of the Thurles Town Centre Renewal Strategy. Tipperary County Council now wishes to engage a Technical Consultant comprising a multi-disciplined competent and suitably experienced Architect-led design team to provide consultancy services in respect of the Project.

Tipperary County Council want to invest in a long term transport strategy for Nenagh, Thurles and Clonmel. The strategy should support the compact growth of each town in a sustainable and planned way and address existing transport issues within the three towns.
