RFT for Print and Design for Technological University Dublin

The Contracting Authority invites tenders (“Tenders”) from economic operators (“Tenderers”) for appointment to a multi-supplier framework agreement (the “Framework Agreement”) for the provision of the services as described in Appendix 1 to this RFT (the “Services”). In summary, the Services comprise: Business, Management and ICT Consultancy Services are considered to be those services provided by independent persons (be they individuals or business organisations), who individually or collectively use their skills, experience, expert knowledge and professionalism to add value to government departments and agencies, and who typically operate within a framework of relevant professional standards and disciplines.

The Contracting Authority invites requests to participate (“Applications”) from economic operators (“Applicants”) for appointment to a DPS for the provision of the services and related goods described in Appendix 1 to this RFATP (the “Services”). In summary, the Services comprise: the provision of Managed Print Services, and the provision of Vendor Neutral Print Audit Services, as described in Appendix 1 of this document.

The provision of Printed Matter to include Design, Storage and Delivery Services (where required) where the estimated value of each contract to be awarded at mini-competition stage is greater than €25,000 (ex VAT) in value. The types of Printed Matter can include, but not limited to, Digital Printing, Large format printing, Lithographic printing, No carbon required printing, Offset printing, Display stands and Secure Printing. Items such as, but not limited to, brochures, posters, leaflets, banners, signage, magazines, examination papers, polling cards, ballot cards, prospectus, manuals, reports and newsletters.

In summary, the Services comprise: The provision of Courier Services on the Island of Ireland and International Courier Services, where the estimated value of the contract is greater than €25,000 (ex Vat). The DPS will be divided into two (2) categories (each a “Category”) as described below. Category 1 –Island of Ireland Courier Services, for collection within the Republic of Ireland and delivery on the Island of Ireland. Category 2 –International Courier Services, both outbound from Ireland and inbound to Ireland. Candidates may apply for one or both Categories, without any restriction. Please see Appendix 1 of this RFATP for further information on the Services.

This public procurement competition will be divided into 2 lots (each a “Lot”) as described below. It is anticipated that each Lot will result in a separate contract. - Lot 1 relates to the provision of transport distribution services between the National Distribution Centre, Tullamore and the HSE’s Regional Hubs; - Lot 2 relates to the provision of transport distribution services between the National Distribution Centre, Tullamore and HSE sites within Laois, Offaly, Longford and Westmeath. Further detail in relation to the Regional Hubs and the relevant HSE sites is set out in Appendix 1. Tenderers are invited to compete for one or both Lots. It is anticipated that a separate contract for services (each a “Services Contract”) will be awarded for each Lot. For the avoidance of doubt, the same Tenderer may win both Lots.
