Supply of Milk for Office Locations-The Guinness Partnership Limited has a requirement for the supply of milk to circa 10 office locations in England on a regular basis as instructed. The number of office locations could increase or decrease during the contract. No guarantee is given on the number of office locations or the volume of milk ordered.

Removals and Storage - London-The provision of a removal and storage service in London for The Guinness Partnerships residents belongings when they are temporarily moved out of their property. A packing service may also be required.

Aids & Adaptations - First Class Builders-SBHA use a number of contractors in the Aids and Adaptations area that are not used by Guinness.
