Annual Return 25 (AR25) Design Audit-The Supplier will provide user design services to improve navigation through the Commission's Annual Return form.

Penetration and Load Testing Services-The supplier will provide regular testing of the Commission's IT Infrastructure through Penetration and Load/Performance Testing. The contract includes provision for relevant optional services if required. The contract includes optional extensions in twelve month increments of up to an additional three years.

Cloud based Fully Managed Payroll Service-The contract provides Cloud based managed payroll services which integrates with the Commission's ERP system. The Supplier will deliver the software platforms on a software-as-a-service (SaaS) basis. The Supplier will host the service; provide infrastructure and application management, backups, security and disaster recovery. The contract includes the option to extend by one period of up to 12 months.

Liferay Services-The Contract will provide Lifeway support, development and licenses as required by the Commission.

Furniture and Associated Services RM6119 for the provision of Lot 1 Office Furniture-This contract was awarded for the provision of ergonomic equipment to be delivered across four sites and to employees homes. Provision of standard office equipment as well as more bespoke and specialised equipment as needed based on OHS/GP/reasonable adjustment.

***Awarded Contract*** Mobile Services-Call Off Contract awarded using CCS Framework Mobile Voice and Data Services, Lot 1. The CCS price comparison tool was used to select the supplier which provided the best value for money. The supplier will provide mobile services which supports all of the mobiles that the Commission's staff use. The Call-Off Contract includes an optional extension, the value of this is included within the contract value.
