The contest is for the delivery of consultancy services for a concept review for a new joint nitrogen plant for 5 municipalities. The municipalities in Vestfold have received notification from the County Governor that nitrogen treatment will be required. The County Governor expects that the municipalities start planning work in order to meet such future requirements. Holmestrand, Horten, Tønsberg, Færder, and Sandefjord Municipalities have decided to start a concept review (this assignment) in order to better assess the most relevant alternatives for a possible collaboration. This assignment is subject to the municipalities' decision on participation in this project. See the procurement documents for further information.
