Queue IT Virtual Waiting Room-The Student Loans company has a number of externally facing portals which allow customers including students and repayers to self-serve. Within SLC, we use a virtual queuing service to control the flow of inbound network traffic. The requirement is to procure a solution which will allow traffic to the portal to be restricted in a way which protects the service while also preserving the user experience as much as possible

SIRA Fraud Detection Service-The service requirement is for SLC to match our own data against external data sets such as banks, insurance companies and the Home Office to enable to verify the application data received.

Verification Reporting-Access to a single web-based portal with access to credit reference bureau reports to allow validation of customer information such as home address including historical information.
