Award of SC2324-0191 Demolition of Buildings – (Former Forthside MOD site)-This procurement is concerned with the procurement of Demolition Services.This purchase is required because Stirling Council took ownership of the MOD site at Forthside at the end of March 2024. A suitability qualified contractor is required to be appointed to demolish the buildings that are no longer required and unsuitable for future use. The removal of these buildings is part of the project to redevelop the current MOD Forthside site.

Energy (Utilities) Management and Supply for Void (including Temporary Accommodation) Properties-(SC Ref:781148) Stirling Council requires a single Supplier to deliver a Preferred Energy Supplier Partnership Service to all void houses including temporary accommodation. It is the Councils intention to award a contract to a single Supplier for the entire Council domestic void stock. The number of voids in the scheme is likely to vary throughout the Contract term, dependent upon the uptake of lets, demand for housing and the size of the housing portfolio.
