In connection with the New Government Quarter project, the Norwegian Directorate of Public Construction and Property [Statsbygg] requests tenders for the following consultancy assignment: H186 Project manager(s) for partnering contracts. The project new government quarter will contribute to the reconstruction of the government quarter between Akersgata and Møllergata, with a concentrated development for good area utilisation. The development of construction stage 2 starts in 2025, provided that the Norwegian Parliament gives its approval. The hired project managers for partnering contracts, henceforth referred to as the partnering contract managers, must manage the sub-projects for the project new government quarter. Statsbygg needs to join up with one to three (1 to 3) partnering contract managers with considerable experience from management positions in major construction projects. Experience with partnering contracts, including planning, establishing target prices, and execution will be given considerable weight. The partnering manager will be part of Statsbygg's project organisation and will report to the manager for the relevant construction stage.
