The contract is a sub-contract in the builder-managed operations contract in operations area 0901 Setesdal. The Norwegian Public Roads Administration has responsibility for inspecting and monitoring the road network. All work on the road network is done in accordance with orders/mobilization made by the builder. The Norwegian Public Roads Administration will establish plans for the execution of the work, with a statement on the location and time. This contract covers winter operations with road graders on the road network in the service area 0901 Setesdal, which covers rv. (National road) 9 with associated national foot and bicycle paths from the border between Vennesla Municipality and Evje and Hornnes Municipality in the south to the barrier at Hovden Fjellstoge in the north. A detailed overview of the road network is given in annex D2-S01a. The contract period will run from 2023-09-01, at 00:00 until 2026-05-31, at 24:00.
