Für die Umsetzung eines effizienten Betriebs ist eine ganzheitliche Plausibilitätsprüfung, das Aufsetzen einer Aufbau- und Ablauforganisation sowie die Definition baulicher, organisatorischer und IT-technischer Anforderung erforderlich.
