SCC - TC15 23-26 - Provision of Servicing, Repair and Maintenance of Lifts in Public Buildings and Schools within the City of Southend on Sea-Southend-on-Sea City Council manage and maintain multiple Public Buildings including some Educational Facilities. Lot 1 involves the regular planned maintenance and responsive repairs to the Citys Platform Lifts. The Council has concluded that its requirements are best achieved by appointing one supplier under this Lot to deliver the service under the JCT Measured Term Contract 2016 Edition.
