Tender Results of South Wales Fire And Rescue Service

Provision of Pantomime Services-To continue to engage with the local community, South Wales Fire and Rescue Service were seeking a supplier to develop and deliver a 45-minute pantomime to schools within the area. The contract has been awarded to the successful supplier for a period of 3 years with the option to extend for an additional 12 months. However, the only work guaranteed on award of this contract is the 2025 Bernie pantomime. Any future projects will be dependent on funding secured.

New Inn Station Build-As part of its on-going estate management, South Wales Fire and Rescue Service were looking to re-develop New Inn Fire Station. SWFRS plans to demolish the existing fire station and erect a new fire station on the existing footprint. One Principal Contractor has been appointed to run the project. (WA Ref:145968)

New Inn Temporary Appliance Bay-New Inn Fire Station is due to undergo a redevelopment of the existing site. South Wales Fire and Rescue Service are in the process of relocating the Station to a temporary site and as such were looking to procure a temporary Appliance Bay to house 2 Fire and Rescue Appliances for the duration of the project (subject to a successful planning application).

Small Tools and Electrical Equipment-In collaboration with Mid and West Wales Fire and Rescue Service (MAWWFRS), South Wales Fire and Rescue Service (SWFRS) were seeking tenders for the supply of hand tools and small electrical equipment.
