The purpose of this call is to assist the European Labour Authority (ELA) and European Commission’s Directorate-General Employment, Social Affairs and Inclusion (EMPL) Unit E1 to provide horizontal support to the EURES network and thereby to ensure compliance with the EURES Regulation and implementing decisions moreover to improve the quality and quantity of EURES services in line with the EURES legal basis.

Description: − processing of requests for interim workers of ELA, including the preselection of candidates according to the profile descriptions; − provision of interim workers upon requests of ELA; − communication between ELA and the contractor within the entire scope of this framework contract, including any exchanges relating to the preselection, selection and employment of candidates. Reason for purchasing: ELA may need interim staff as a complement to its statutory staff, to support its needs in a temporary nature, in particular to cover temporarily unavailable staff members (expected long-term absences), to cope with workload peaks, to provide temporary reinforcement, for specific assignments and for ongoing needs while developing the target portfolio of services to be procured.

The purpose of this call is to: 1. provide horizontal support to the EURES network and thereby to improve the quality and quantity of EURES services on the ground throughout the Union and the EEA and Switzerland in line with the EURES legal basis; 2. provide ICT helpdesk services and network support services for the ELA offices.
