Springfield Primary School - Heating Distribution Pipework and Radiator Replacement-The Works are comprised of the replacement of the existing heating infrastructure, including the existing heating emitters, the distribution of pipework and fire stopping. The new fire stopping is to be Third Party Accredited. These elements will be Contractor designed and completed under Section 1 of the contract.

PRIVATE SECTOR HOUSING ADAPTATIONS (DFG WORKS) - CONTRACT 5-The Works comprise adaptations work to privately-owned properties confined to the installations of new Level Access Showers in existing bathrooms. Most properties will be occupied during the progress of the Works. The Contractor shall be aware there is NO guarantee that any of the works included and / or priced in Section 4 of this Schedule of Rates with Approximate Quantities will be ordered at any point during the Contract Period.
