The project concerns measures for dredging in Senjahopen harbour. The dredged matter is seen as polluted. The bottom mainly consists of 2 layers. The upper layer is a loose to medium solid layer, under which is a solid layer less than 2 m. However, there will also be dredging in hard moraine. The dredged matter is seen as polluted, and all the matter from the harbour basin must be transported to land and taken to the Hanslaraneset landfill site, filling 1. The reception and laying of polluted matter within the included breakwater at Hanslarsaneset is an option. After the polluted dredged matter from the harbour has been deposited, clean dredged matter from the entrance fairway is to laid on top. The reception and laying of clean dredged matter from the entrance fairway to Hanslarsaneset filling 1 and Stienneset filling 2 are options.

The measure includes dredging in the entrance fairway to Senjahopen. The area for dredging covers approx. 80,700 m2. The amount of sediment that must be dregded (dredging volume) is approx. 251,500 m3. Water depth for dredging -8 til -10 m LAT. The water depth after the dredging will be -11,3 m LAT. The dredged matter must be taken to the included breakwater at Hanslarsaneset filling 1. The reception and laying of clean dredged matter from the entrance fairway to Hanslarsaneset filling 1 and Stienneset filling 2 are options. Polluted matter from the harbour area will be deposited before the clean dredged matter is added at Hanslarsaneset filling 1. The reception and laying of polluted dredged matter from the harbour area at Hanslarsaneset filling 1 is an option. The tenderer must ensure that all dredging, transport of dredged matter, filling in the landfill site is done in accordance with the dredging and dumping application, the terms in the permit from the previous County Governor, now the County Administrator, as well as the monitoring programme for the measure.

The purpose of the procurement is to ensure Senja Municipality access to factory-new vehicles when carrying out municipal services. The vehicles must be electric or chargeable hybrid. The procurement involves operational leasing or hire. This involves the leasing object having a residual value at the expiry of the lease.

The project includes measures related to the establishment of two deposits for shielding and securing of dredged materials: 1. A jetty at location 1 "Hanslarsaneset" in the Senjahopen port. Contaminated dredged materials from the dredging of the port must initially be placed inside the jetty area. The contract also includes supplementing clean dredged masses from the deepening of the seaward approach route. Receiving and laying contaminated and clean dredged materials are options. 2. Preparations for a landfill at the sports hall at location 2 "Steinneset" which will be established by adding clean filling masses from dredging works in the seaward approach route. Receiving and laying clean dredged materials from the seaward approach route are options For both fillings, erosion protection / plastering of the working face must be carried out.

Senja Municipality would like to procure a new fire engine for Senja Fire and Rescure with a chassis, approx. 18 – 20 tonnes, with an original double cabin and body as a self-carrying construction. The water tank must have a usable volume of 3000 litres. See Annex 2 Requirements Specification for further specifications.

The purpose of the procurement is to ensure Senja Municipality access to factory-new vehicles when carrying out municipal services. The procurement involves operational leasing or hire. This involves the leasing object having a residual value at the expiry of the lease. The procurement is divided into the following lots: 1. Small goods vans – long edition, 9 vans. + Option: 3 additional vans 2. Large goods vans – long edition, 14 vans. + Option: 2 additional vans 3. Large goods van – long with a cold-storage chamber, 1 van.

A new general assessment shall be carried out in Senja municipality. The assessment service includes the entire geographical area of Senja municipality. The assignment shall be carried out in such a way that Senja municipality is able to declare property tax by the deadline for issuing this tax in 2023. The assignment shall consist of test appraisal, general appraisal, committee work, cadastral registration, register data in Komtek, etc.

Senja municipality shall procure a new sweeper with an approx. 7 m3 sludge tank and a 1600 litres water tank. The sweeper shall be used for sweeping and cleaning of roads and streets.

Senja kommune [Senja Municipality] will move/migrate data from an established joint solution with another municipality, and physical storage on their servers, over to a solution at their own premises. The procurement included redundant service and storage systems in two computer rooms. Active/passive configuration must be offered. The offered server solutions must have a five year warranty, as well as a five year license period from signing of the contract. The procurement is regulated by SSA-K (the Procurement Contract).

The procurement concerns round-the-clock services for a service recipient in their own home.
