Senja Municipality, org. no. 921 369 417 shall enter into a contract for construction management (Builder ombudsman and coordinator in the execution phase (KU)), for the project Finnsnes primary school and multipurpose hall with a climbing hall. The assignment is governed by NS 8403, General contract provisions for construction management assignments, and is remunerated according to time spent.

Senja Municipality, org. no. 921 369 417, hereby invites tenderers to a tender contest for an engineering design assignment for detailed engineering design of the construction area and preparation of a preliminary project for the new Gryllefjord School with a gymnasium and swimming pool, as well as local municipal functions as desired, which will be co-located in the building. The assignment will be regulated by NS 8401 General conditions of contract for design commissions, along with the changes, supplements and specifications stated in Chapter 3, as well as Annex 7: Supplement to NS 8401. The estimated total contract value at the time of publication is NOK 2,500,000 - 15,000,000. The interval considers the estimated contract value when activating options.

The procurement concerns a framework agreement for the delivery of workwear/outside clothing for nurseries, schools, and the home care service in Senja Municipality. The aim of the procurement is to ensure that relevant entities in Senja Municipality have suitable outside clothing when providing services.

The purpose of the procurement is to ensure Senja Municipality access to factory-new vehicles when carrying out municipal services. The procurement concerns the lease of vehicles for Senja Municipality. The lease object must have a residual value at the end of the lease period.
