Award of Purchase of Tilt Licences for SS4 Scanmar Door Sensors (MS-P-0372)-The Scottish Ministers invites bids for the purchase of permanent angle licences for a pair of existing Scanmar SS4 door sensors.The Scottish Ministers routinely use a suite of acoustic net monitoring sensors during demersal and pelagic surveys on research and charter vessels. The licences will improve the functionality of the sensors, providing more information regarding trawl door performance and efficiency.

Award of Purchase of Underwater Altimeter and Depth Measuring Instruments (MS-P-0368)-The Scottish Ministers invites bids for the purchase of two (2) underwater altimeter and depth measuring instruments.Our current stock of six Altimeter and Depth Instruments in use for underwater TV surveys are becoming unreliable and requiring regular repairs to keep them operational. The newest of these instruments are at least 15 years old and are now significantly less accurate and with less resolution than a modern equivalent instrument and thus we wish to seek some replacement units.

Award of Purchase of Histology Microtome (MS-P-0364)-The Scottish Government has a requirement to place a contract with an external service provider for the provision of Histology Microtome.The instrument will be used in the Preparation of high-quality histological tissuesections as essential for accurate histopathological analysis and diagnosis.In order to improve the efficiency and precision of our tissue sectioning process, the requirement is for a fully automated microtome equipped with a waterbath section transfer system.
