Project Delivery Training Framework-The framework agreement is a replacement for the existing Project Delivery Training Framework. The framework agreement is a single-supplier agreement which can be used by all specified Framework Public Bodies. The Contractor will be responsible for training course administration. The framework agreement will be expected to provide Open Courses, Closed Courses and Bespoke Courses.

New National Park(s) - Support for Nominating Groups-This procurement was undertaken utilising the Light Touch regime for services defined in Schedule 3 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015. (SC Ref:749632) The Scottish Government, on behalf of the Scottish Ministers, is seeking to commission a Supplier or a consortium of Suppliers to provide support to community groups and organisations (‘nominating groups), intending to nominate an area of Scotland to be considered for designation as a new National Park.

Award of Shared Equity Legal Services-The contract is to provide Shared Equity Legal Services including conveyancing and legal advice to support the affordable home ownership via the Low Cost Initiative for First Time Buyers (LIFT) Scheme. The contract will be for a period of 48 months with the option to extend for an additional 12 months.

Lancefield Guy - Fire Risk Assessment-(SC Ref:749558) This project is being commissioned by the Scottish Government, Local Government and Communities Directorate, Building Standards Division on behalf of Scottish Ministers. This project is required to support and help deliver the Scottish Government’s commitments in undertaking assessment of fire risk on an identified high rise building with 321 dwellings in Glasgow.
