Information on the procurement In accordance with the law and public procurement regulations, Sarpsborg Municipality (henceforth referred to as the contracting authority) invites tenderers to participate in a contest for a two-year framework agreement with an option for 1 year + 1 year extension, for the delivery of workwear and footwear. Further information on the procurement's content and scope is described in part 2, the requirements/service specification. The aim of the contract is to enter into a framework agreement that will ensure that the contracting authority, in accordance with the current laws and regulations, achieves cost-efficient and rational procurements and consumption of workwear and footwear for Sarpsborg Municipality's employees mainly within engineering, trades, workshops, facilities, park, and sports, nurseries, wraparound care, health and social services, institutions, kitchens, and cleaning, as well as promotional articles and training articles. The framework agreement is applicable to the products specified in the attached price sheet and the requirements specification, and closely related products.

The contest is for a framework agreement with a total supplier of building materials, wood, tools, and fasteners. The value of the procurement is anticipated to be NOK 2,000,000 excluding VAT per year. The maximum value for the entire contract period, including any options and expected price increase is NOK 12,000,000 excluding VAT. The need is uncertain. The contest is for a framework agreement for painting, painting tools, floor coverings, and related products. The value of the procurement is anticipated to be NOK 700,000 excluding VAT per year. The maximum value for the entire contract period, including any options and expected price increase is NOK 3,500 000 excluding VAT. The need is uncertain. The contest concerns the delivery of medicines and multi-doses for Sarpsborg municipality's entities. The contract also concerns packing of multi-doses for users living at home (paid for by the contracting authority), while medicines for users living at home are not covered by the agreement when paid for by the user. The contract will not include medical consumables, as the municipalities have a separate framework agreement for this. The framework agreement is applicable to the products specified in this document and the price form, as well as closely related products. The value of the procurement is estimated at: NOK 7,500,000 excluding VAT per year. The contract is for the delivery of asphalt work, including pre-work and post-work, as well as collecting asphalt matter for Sarpsborg Municipality.

The pupils in primary school and in one of the secondary schools in Sarpsborg Municipality use iPads as their primary tool for learning. All pupils in the iPad schools use their own iPad with a protective cover. The digital device has an expected lifetime of five years. This means that all the iPads (with covers) that were procured in 2018 must be replaced at the start of the school year 2023/2024. In total this means approx. 1700 iPads will be procured. The amount can be regulated +/- 10%.

Contract for the procurement of a LSP service (Licensing Solution Partner) for assistance with managing licences/licence contracts for the contracting authority. This currently mainly applies to Microsoft products, but is can also include other types of licences (e.g. Adobe and Citrix licences) to a lesser extent. The licence contract will include both the procurement and hire of licences, and cloud based subscription services. The contract will include all of the contracting authority's spheres of activity, including the education sector (Microsoft Campus Agreement). The contracting authority´s independent companies.
