Mould Eradication Services (Additional Support)-Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council (RMBC) are inviting quotations from organisations who might be able to provide services that meet RMBC's current requirement for the treatment of condensation and mould growth in its housing stock, and to provide advice on lifestyle issues that may be contributing to the development of condensation and/or mould. This contract is intended to support the Councils current contract for high profile or urgent cases

Greenwood Road Extension-The project involves the construction of a new single storey rear extension which includes a new kitchen. It is anticipated that the contract will commence on 19th February 2024 and will run for a period of 12 weeks making the expiry date 10th May 2024

22-204 Apprenticeship - Generic Housing and Property Management L2 to L5 Diploma-To maximise the use of the Apprenticeship Levy funding RMBC are looking to contract with providers who can deliver: - Housing and Property Management Assistant (Level 2) - Housing and Property Management (Level 3) - Senior Housing and Property Management (Level 4)* - Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH) Level 5 Diploma. Further competition under Yorkshire Purchasing Organisation Apprenticeships and Associated Training - 833.

Locksley Drive Adaptation-The proposed development includes a single storey rear extension and internal conversion works to a 2-bedroom semi-detached bungalow, in order to provide additional living accommodation to meet the needs of a disabled occupant. Works also include associated electrical and mechanical works. Further competition exercise via RCP4 Lot 5. It is anticipated that the contract will commence in April 2023 and will run for a period of 16 weeks making the expiry date August 2023.

Guest Place External Upgrades-The project involves making good to all external walls which abut the highway including jet washing and re-pointing; the removal of existing outbuildings to 1m high; re-grading and re-surfacing existing access stairs, installation of new cappings to walls and railings and re-surfacing existing footpaths.

Pringle Road Adaptation-The project comprises the construction of a single storey rear extension which includes a new accessible bedroom and shower room. This procurement exercise is being conducted as a further competition under the YORbuild3 (South) Minor Works Framework, Lot 1 (£0-£1m).

Newlands Avenue Adaptation-The project comprises the construction of a single storey rear extension and internal conversion works to a 4 bedroom semi-detached property in order to provide a ground floor double/twin bedroom and accessible bathroom to meet the needs of a disabled occupant. Works also include associated electrical and mechanical works.

3-7 Corporation Street Demolition-The project involves the demolition of nr 3-5 Corporation Street (former Indian restaurant) and nr 7 Corporation Street (former Envy Nightclub). It is anticipated that the contract will commence in April 2024 and will run for a period of 12 weeks making the expiry date September 2024 (over 2 phases 8/4 weeks)

84 West Avenue Housing Adaptation-The project comprises the construction of a single storey rear extension which includes a new accessible shower room. It is anticipated that the contract will run for a period of 12 weeks. This procurement exercise is being conducted as a further competition under the YORbuild3 (South) Minor Works Framework, Lot 1 (£0-£1m).
