It is anticipated that the contract will commence in November 2023 and will run for a period of 6 weeks making the expiry date December 2023

Guest Place External Upgrades-The project involves making good to all external walls which abut the highway including jet washing and re-pointing; the removal of existing outbuildings to 1m high; re-grading and re-surfacing existing access stairs, installation of new cappings to walls and railings and re-surfacing existing footpaths.

84 West Avenue Housing Adaptation-The project comprises the construction of a single storey rear extension which includes a new accessible shower room. It is anticipated that the contract will run for a period of 12 weeks. This procurement exercise is being conducted as a further competition under the YORbuild3 (South) Minor Works Framework, Lot 1 (£0-£1m).
