ROAF is in the process of delivering separate containers for food for all inhabitants in the ROAF area. At first approx. 12,000 containers are to be delivered in Enebakk, Rælingen, and Lørenskog Municipalities.

ROAF will enter into a framework agreement with one tenderer who will cover our need to purchase fuel in bulk at various locations in ROAF's area.

ROAF wants to enter into an agreement with a supplier of waste containers. ROAF is working on a project to distribute separate containers for food waste. ROAF therefore needs to enter a framework agreement for the delivery of waste containers after March 2023.

The food waste bags are sorted from the residual waste at ROAF´s new sorting facility. The bags used for the sorting are purchased by ROAF and distributed to the households. In addition to the green bags, ROAF also needs a smaller amount of see-through sacks of varying thicknesses and sizes. The need is detailed in the requirements specification, annex 2.

ROAF needs an updated areal/master plan than describes the current areal situation in ROAF Environmental Park and how the environmental park will develop over the next 20 years.

ROAF intends to enter into a contract with one tenderer for the procurement of eight (8) wood crushers and therefore invites tenderers to an open tender contest, The number of wood crushers is subject to budget coverage and ROAF will reserve the right to adjust the number after the tenders have been received. The area of use is primarily compaction of various wood and garden waste in underground waste containers.

ROAF needs to enter into a contract with a tenderer who can provide transport and treatment of approx. 11 000 tonnes food waste per annum. The food waste shall only be used for bio-gas production The bio residue shall be used for fertilisation purposes.
