Procurement of special cleaning and commissioning of municipal housing.

Rælingen intends to make a procurement of a BPA service licence. We would like to enter into a concession agreement with 6 tenderers, after which the BPA schemes will be awarded via free user choice. The procurement is a duplicate of Contract 2023/1632 Procurement of BPA Service Concession. The procurement is only republished so that the tender deadline can be extended. Accordingly, questions and/or clarifications made in connection with Contract No. 2023/1632 also apply to this procurement.

Dynamic purchasing system (DPS) for the municipality's ongoing need for sub-contracts related to constructional works for the Property Department's maintenance service. The service shall mainly include the renovation and functional adjustments of the current municipal purpose-built buildings and flats. The contract is intended to supplement the municipality's existing DPS for craft services and renovation of houses for rent.

Rælingen municipality shall enter into a new framework agreement for the municipality's ongoing needs for painting and flooring services for the Property unit. A framework agreement shall be signed with one tenderer.

The service will cover the municipality's need, particularly the Agency for Operations and Maintenance's need for continual ad hoc assignments within electrician services.

Rælingen Municipality intends to enter into a framework agreement for carpentry services. The framework agreement will be signed with one tenderer that will assist the municipality with minor repairs and maintenance within carpentry services.
