CHARTER OF WELL SERVICES SUPPORT VESSELS-CONTRACTOR shall provide all equipment, tools, tackles, labour, services, supervision, consumable materials and each and every item of expense necessary for the provision of four (4) well services support vessels with Crew. The Vessels will primarily be used for the following tasks while performing the Services: Transport Passengers from Halul Island and/or other Port to and from various offshore locations; Accommodate and provide catering for Passengers who are working on board; Transport QatarEnergy and/or contractor equipment and other deck Cargo to, from and between Port and offshore locations; Supporting offshore well services operations; Discharge and backload cargo at offshore locations ; Any other offshore support tasks, for which vessel is suitably equipped and manned, and of which vessel is capable to undertake in the operating area as directed by QatarEnergy. Tenderers can submit Tender for all the four (4) Vessels or lesser number of Vessels. CONTRACT DURATION shall be sixty six (66) months, including 6 months for initial mobilization.

PROVISION OF INERTING SERVICES AT OFFSHORE LOCATIONS-Contractor shall supply a liquid Nitrogen and Helium with all required equipment and operators to QP offshore locations PS/1, PS/2, PS/3 and NFA to be used for plant purging/inerting and leak-testing during planned shutdowns and during emergency repairs. Contractor shall provide the services on call-off basis upon receipt of a Release Order from QP. QP shall provide transportation by boat for Contractor's equipment from Ras Laffan Jetty to the offshore locations and back. Planned Start Date: 01/11/2022 Contract Duration: 5 years

CALL- OFF CONTRACT FOR TESTING OF FIRE WATER AND FOAM SYSTEMS AT VARIOUS LOCATIONS IN DUKHAN FIELDS.-QatarEnergy Dukhan Operations requires the SERVICES of a qualified and experienced CONTRACTOR to annually test the Firewater systems at Khatiyah North, Khatiyah Main, Khatiyah South, Fahahil North, Fahahil Main, Fahahil South, Fahahil Stripping Plant, Umm Bab Pump Station, Jaleha Degassing Station, NFIS, Gas Recycling Plant and Acid Gas Recovery Plant to annually test the Fire Water / Foam based Fire Fighting System for Crude Oil tanks at Khatiyah Main, Fahahil Main and Jaleha Degassing Stations in Dukhan Fields.
