STUDY AND DEVELOPMENT OF QATARENERGY WATER CONSERVATION PLAN-The Scope includes, but not limited to assessment and evaluation of the present water consumption pattern of all QatarEnergy operations and facilities by conducting facility water survey and to recommend and prepare Water Conservation Plans. The Water Conservation Plan must assess all technological options, placing specific emphasis on the environmental and financial aspects.

REPLACEMENT OF OBSOLETE SCHNEIDER EQUIP ENT IN KNDS IN KHATIYAH NORTH DEGASSING STATION (DUK-The Scope of Work includes Misc. Change Requests in various Plants in Dukhan Fields comprising of the following as Minimum. 1)Replacement of Obsolete Schneider Equipment in OOD. 2)Replacement of Obsolete STN-N SWITCHGEAR and Its associate components. 3)Replacement of KHUFF, GDS BATTERY CHARGER 4) Replacement or Upgrade of the UPS, BATTERY and BATTERY CHARGER FOR obsolete and its components.

PROVISION OF JACK UP ACCOM BARGE & ASSOCIATED MARINE SERVICE-QP - ISND requires the Services of a competent and experienced CONTRACTOR to provide a "JACK UP BARGE FOR ACCOMODATION" (hereinafter referred to as VESSEL) together with operation CREW to support its activities at Production Station-1 and any other location in Offshore Fields. Refer attached Appendix-1 for detailed Scope of Work.

EPIC FOR SOUTH CHANNEL NAVIGATION LEADING LIGHTS-EPIC FOR UPGRADE OF SOUTH CHANNEL NAVIGATION LEADING LIGHTS AT RASLAFFAN PORT Scope Summary: The Objective of project is to Ensure safe navigation of the vessels. The EPIC scope including the following: 1.,,High-rise Rear Leading Light Tower (RLLT) on water and Front Leading Light Tower (FLLT) on Berth 26 along with foundations. 2.,,Navigation Leading Lights and associated electrical services. 3.,,Two marker buoys near the RLLT to warn transiting vessels. 4.,,Tie-in access road from LPB Causeway towards the FLLT. 5.,,Safe access and maintenance platforms to maintain the triangular reflector boards and lights on both towers. 6.,,Demolition of existing Leading Light towers.

EPIC FOR NEW SOFT-STARTER PANELS FOR RG COMPRESSOR MOTORS ON NFA-CONTRACTOR shall provide the expertise, materials, specialised labour, supervision, test equipment, tools, documents, drawings and each and every item of expense necessary for the performance of engineering, procurement, installation, construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and testing associated with the installation of new Soft-Starters for the RG Compressor Motors, 5101-KM-02/5102-KM-02, on NFA along with the associated Power & Control Cables after making space in the designated location in UTP by the demolition of the existing Hot Oil System related Control Panel & Transformers. Contract Duration shall be eighteen (18) calendar months

MEDICAL & AMBULANCE SERVICES MODEL OPTIONS FOR QP INDUSTRIAL CITIES-Contractor to review the current situation, assess the needs for the provision of primary care and occupational health services to all QP and Asset Operators staff and contractors working within MIC specifically, and the provision of ambulance services in the QP Industrial Cities as a whole, and recommend the best model option from a medical, operational, legal and financial perspective.
