REFURBISHMENT OF EXISTING ROOFING SHEETS AND WALL CLADDING AT VARIOUS STATIONS IN DUKHAN FIELDS-Refurbishment of existing roofing sheets and wall cladding at various stations in Dukhan Fields which include the following: 1. Replacement of existing corroded metal roofing sheets of buildings. 2. Enhancement of existing roofing sheets with additional tack screws along the roof purlin. 3. Replacement of corroded existing steel roof structures. 4. Repainting of corroded existing steel roof structures.

PIPE REPAIR SERVICES USING COMPOSITE MATERIAL AND SLEEVE PIPELINE REINFORCEMENT ON CALL-OFF BASIS-Contractor shall carryout composite material application and sleeve pipeline reinforcement that will reinforce the pipeline integrity, avoid possible rupture and arrest the leak, as identified and instructed by QP at various locations, on call-off basis. The Services shall be carried out on live pipeline/equipment.

AS-BUILDING & UPDATING OF 3D MODELS FOR PS/4 AND HALUL-Update/revise existing Master As-Builts, create new master As-Builts based on the backlog list of project As-Builts for PS/4 and Halul. - Updating of all Master As-Built documents new or revised as per QP Drafting, AutoCAD and Numbering Standards. - Update and As-Build Existing 3D Models of Halul, and PS/4 facilities. - Software updating and migrating the current 3D Model Project Packages from the existing version to latest OpenPlant version for all existing 3D Models - Update any existing drawings for PS/4 and Halul that are not in their As-Built status and/ or create one in case these drawings are not available. - Provision of deliverables to facilitate update of Halul GIS database by QP

CALL-OFF CONTRACT FOR MAINTENANCE / REPAIR OF UPS UNITS & BATTERY CHARGERS AT VARIOUS QP LOCATIONS-Contractor shall provide all supplies, Contractor Personnel, services, supervision, testing devices, equipment, tools, consumables and each and every item of expense necessary to perform preventive & breakdown maintenance/repair of the UPS Units, Battery Chargers & Battery Banks, on call-off basis for five (5) years at various locations under QP Mesaieed Operations, QP Refinery Mesaieed & QP Offshore Operations.

TECHNICAL SYSTEMS AND PERFORMANCE AUDIT OF AMBIENT AIR QUALITY MONITORING STATIONS IN AND AROUND QP INDUSTRIAL CITIES-TO CARRY OUT TECHNICAL SYSTEMS AND PERFORMANCE AUDIT FOR AMBIENT AIR QUALITY MONITORING STATIONS (AAQMS) IN AND AROUND QP INDUSTRIAL CITIES, WHICH IS REQUIRED TO VERIFY AND CONFIRM RELIABILITY OF RESULTS REPORTED ON THE AIR QUALITY AT THE RESPECTIVE AAQMS LOCATIONS

REFRACTORY REPLACEMENT FOR HALUL INCINERATORS-Replacement of Refractory lining of Halul Incinerators. The Scope of Work includes dismantling of existing lining in primary & secondary chamber, surface preparation & inspection, installation of lining in primary & secondary chamber, inspection, refractory dry out, curing and handover of 2nos. Incinerators.

OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF HALUL INCINERATORS-Contractor shall perform the operation and maintenance of two (02) incinerator units at Halul Island by providing trained qualified and experienced working foreman , electrical and instrument technician and mechanical technician on Call off basis. Contractor shall also provide services of vendor engineer from Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) during failures of critical system/equipment/components of incinerators. The Contract duration shal be five (5) years from the Effective Date.

REFURBISHMENT OF WELLHEAD CELLAR PITS IN DUKHAN FIELDS-Complete replacement of severely damaged reinforced concrete wellhead cellar pits inclusive of demolition; Repair of partially damaged wellhead cellar pits in Dukhan Fields.

ECS FOR NEW LABORATORY BUILDING AT QP REFINERY, MESAIEED-Engineering Consultancy Services (ECS)for developing detailed design for the New Laboratory Building at QP Refinery, Mesaieed in a new location identified at the old ceremony hall area in MIC.
