PROVISION OF ELECTRIC WIRELINE LOGGING AND TECHNICAL SERVICES FOR QP ONSHORE AND OFFSHORE OPERATIONS-QP requires the services of an experienced, technically sound and specialized CONTRACTOR to provide electric wireline logging, perforations, leak & corrosion detection tools and services to be run by the CONTRACTOR PERSONNEL and equipment for its rig, rigless and well integrity operations at its onshore and offshore fields on a call-off basis. Provision of equipment & tools, software, computers and all necessary spares, materials and consumables, repairs, maintenances and troubleshooting and all related services necessary for the performance of SERVICES. Perform the rigging up and rigging down and provide all the Pressure Control Equipment (BOP), lubricators, shooting nipples and all other accessories required for its own tools or equipment configuration with all necessary connections to made/lined up with the Well and/or the Rig Equipment in order to perform the SERVICES. Installation, Provision of specialist CONTRACTOR PERSONNEL, skilled labor, tools and equipment necessary to perform the SERVICES. Provision and maintenance of a Qatar BASE fully equipped with support, testing and workshop facilities necessary for the performance of SERVICES. Provision of transportation and safe handling facilities for CONTRACTOR’s tools and/or equipment supplied by CONTRACTOR and CONTRACTOR’s PERSONNEL. Provision of Electric Wireline Logging Engineering and Technical Support services including the provision new technology and specialized software applications. Provision of log data processing and interpretation services as may be required.

CATHODIC PROTECTION SYSTEM MAINTENANCE SERVICES ON CALL OFF-The objective of this CONTRACT is to carry out the refurbishment/maintenance activities on the existing CP systems/components as required in order to maintain and ensure an optimized working condition of CP Systems at Dukhan Operations as per QP and international standards

PROVISION OF ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR IS ASSET-Scope of Services includes Provision of Engineering Services Contract by appointing a qualified Engineering Consultancy firm, and to obtain their Services mainly related to detail engineering for different brownfield offshore projects at a short notice to address QatarEnrgy's operational requirement,as & when required.

PROVISION OF INDUSTRIAL CLEANERS AT QATARENERGY OPERATIONS LOCATIONS-Supply of industrial cleaners (semi-skilled) equipped with equipment and tools necessary to carry out the cleaning & related services at offshore locationson dedicated crew & call-off basis. Contract Duration : Five (05) years

PROVISION OF SELF-ELEVATING WORK-OVER PLATFORM (SEWOP)-QatarEnergy requires one (1) Self Elevating Workover Platform (SEWOP) (Non Self Propelled), together with an operational CREW to Support Painting /Coating, Maintenance and other operation activities in Offshore Fields at water depth of up to fifty seven (57) meters. Contract duration shall be for sixty two(62)calendar months including 2 months mobilization period. Planned Contract Start Date 21st August 2022

INSTALLATION OF SAFETY CRASH BARRIER AND SIGNBOARDS ON 24"/20" CRUDE OIL AND 24"/16" JET FUEL PIPELINES, MESAIEED OPERATIONS-The Scope of Work pertains to carry out supplying, preparation and installation of safety crash barriers and warning Signboards along through 24"/16" pipeline at HIA airport area and through 24"/20" Crude oil pipelines route for a proposed Contract Duration of eighteen (18) calendar months on a re-measurable basis.

MODIFICATION AND IMPROVEMENT WORKS TO NGL COMPLEX BUILDINGS, MESAIEED OPERATIONS-EPIC for modification and improvement works to the existing occupied buildings at NGL Complex, Mesaieed. Required as per the recommendations of MIC QRA 2015 and SQ Technical Note on Mitigation Measures for NGL Complex Occupied Buildings: Which shall Include: Conversion of buildings Nos. 7 & 9 into a new NGL Laboratory. Installation of Toxic and Flammable Gas Detectors at all occupied buildings. Modification of the buldings HVAC systems to close the fresh air intakes on detection of gas. Upgrading the builidings to meet current building and safety codes and regulations and to meet safe haven standard. Preparing the requirements for the demolition (by other Contractor) at a later date of the buildings and portacabins that are to be abandoned.

ENGINEERING CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR ENGINEERING SUPPORT SERVICES FOR VARIOUS QP LOCATIONS-The Scope of Services is to perform conceptual designs, ENVID, FEED, HAZID, HAZOP, QRA, SAFOP, performance assessment report of equipment and systems, basic engineering drawings, prepare cost estimates to enable a detailed design to be progressed as well as its implementation.

IMPLEMENTATION OF CYBER SECURITY INFRASTRUCTURE FOR MESAIEED OPERATIONS-The scope for implementation of OT Cyber Security in GDS, NGLs, TF & Terminal shall include the provision of detailed design, engineering, procurement, modification, demolition, installation, construction, tie-in, configurations, pre-commissioning, commissioning, performance testing and handover for Cyber Security of Operations Technology (OT) in Mesaieed Operations that covers NGL areas, Tank Farm & Terminal and GDS that include: New systems, equipment (hardware and software), structures, materials required for construction/ installation/ modifications/ reconfigurations of/ to the existing facilities/ systems/ packaged units and those to replacement of the existing, which derived from and/ or implied by the performance of the scope. In order to carry out the scope, the Contractor shall make available all manpower, materials, equipment, tools, transportations, storage, consumables, specialized materials/ equipment/ tools and other required resources to complete the Contract.

SUPPLY OF MCMASTER CARR ONLINE CATALOGUE ITEMS-Supply of Various Spares and Consumables via McMaster Carr Online Catalogue on Long-term Agreement basis for a period of Three (03) years.
