FLOW METERING SYSTEMS MAINTENANCE AND SUPPORT SERVICES IN GDS STATIONS MESAIEED, DOHA & RASLAFFAN FOR FIVE (5) YEARS-FLOW METERING SYSTEMS MAINTENANCE & SUPPORT ON CALLOFF BASIS IN MESAIEED, DOHA AND RAS LAFFAN Contractor provides technical support services including but not limited to carrying out preventive maintenance tasks and breakdown tasks of various metering equipments throughout the GDS Network and engineering support services. This includes specialized services from various Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) to render specialized services. Duration of Contract is five(5) calendar years.

MAINTENANCE OF ROLLER SHUTTER DOORS, ACCESS BOOM BARRIERS, MOTORIZED SLIDING GATES & OTHER MISCELLANEOUS EQUIPMENT ON CALL OFF BASIS FOR VARIOUS QP LOCATIONS-The scope of services is to carryout maintenance and repair of roller shutter doors, access boom gates, sliding gates, pop up blockers & other miscellaneous access equipment, on call-off basis for five years, in various QP locations (Dukhan and Mesaieed).

PROV FOR CIVIL&ELEC&MECH MAINTENANCE SERV AT VAR QP LOCATION-PROVISION FOR CIVIL, ELECTRICAL AND MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE SERVICES AT VARIOUS QP LOCATIONS : 1. MESAIEED INDUSTRIAL CITY (NON OPERATIONAL AREA) 2. RAS LAFFAN INDUSTRIAL CITY 3. MESAIEED INDUSTRIAL CITY (OPERATIONAL AREA)

MAINTENANCE OF PORTABLE SAFETY & FIRE E QUIPMENT AT VARIOUS QP LOCATIONS-The Scope of Services is to carry out Maintenance and Repair of the Portable Safety & Fire Equipment (Fire Extinguishers, Breathing Apparatus, Personal Gas Detectors, Triple Gas and Area Monitor Gas Detectors and Fire Hoses) in various QP locations (Dukhan, Mesaieed, Ras Laffan and Doha).

MAINTENANCE SERVICES FOR TYCO AND SIEMENS MAKE TRAFFIC LIGHT SYSTEMS AT RLIC-Contractor shall carry out corrective maintenance and Periodic maintenance services which includes but not limited to repair / replacement, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Tyco and Siemens make traffic light systems such as traffic lights, controller, poles, signal heads and roads loop coil detectors at Ras Laffan Industrial City (RLIC) on call off basis. Contract duration shall be Sixty (60) calendar months.

SPADING DESPADING AND RIGGING SERVICES AT OFFSHORE LOCATIONS-Provision of skilled, experienced and certified rigging supervisors, riggers, bolt tensioning technicians and multi-skilled labourers for carrying out periodic maintenance and inspection of pipelines, vessels, exchangers and other equipment installed at offshore locations and assist maintenance trades with their daily activities and handle all tasks related to lifting operations. Dedicated crews + adhoc required [ie as & when required]. Contract duration 05 years.

MISCELLANEOUS CIVIL MAINTENANCE AND PLUMBING SERVICES AT RAS LAFFAN INDUSTRIAL CITY-The Scope of Services include miscellaneous civil maintenance and plumbing services on call off basis at Ras Laffan Industrial City, including but not limited to demolishing & alterations, servicing, repairing and/or replacement of defective parts to existing buildings and facilities, installation of plumbing & drainage systems, maintenance of existing systems, construction of manholes, supply and installation of sanitary items, GRP, PVC and HDPE piping works, Water proofing works, Aluminum and Carpentry works and Wastewater treatment plant tank cleaning services. The Contract duration shall be sixty (60) months from the Effective Date of the Contract, which includes two (2) months mobilisation period.

CALL-OFF CONTRACT FOR PREVENTIVE/BREAKDOWN MAINTENANCE & TESTING/CALIBRATION OF ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT IN VARIOUS GDS STATION-The Electrical Substations at various GDS Stations are located in Ras Laffan, Doha and Mesaieed. Following major electrical systems are installed in these substations: 1.,,Transformers 2.,,Ring Main Units (RMU) 3.,,Switchboard / Breakers / Bus Bar / Earth Switch 4.,,Protection relays 5.,,Distribution/Power management systems (DMS/PMS). The objective of this CONTRACT is to provide preventive maintenance and breakdown services for all the above electrical systems/subsystems by a professional experienced OEMs Service Engineers during planned and unplanned periods in accordance with the requirements as set forth in this Appendix A - Scope of Services & Specifications.

PROVISION OF MAINTENANCE PAINTING & SCAFFOLDING WORKS IN RAS LAFFAN INDUSTRIAL CITY-supply all adequate and competent labour, supervision, tools, equipment, installed and consumable materials, services, testing devices and warehousing and each and every item of expense necessary to: (a),,Carryout the various maintenance painting works in RLC including the supply and erection of scaffolding, if required: 1.,,Painting maintenance in RLC Camp for various tanks and sizes including aeration tanks, clarifier tanks, sludge tanks, contact tanks, equalization tanks, irrigation tanks and potable water tanks. 2.,,Painting maintenance in various areas within RLC (outside RLC Camp) for transformers package unit substations, distribution panels, fire hydrants, DG set enclosures, DG set fuel tanks, steel street light poles, pump-motor sets, HVAC package units/central split-condenser units & AHUs enclosures, quick release mooring hooks, gratings, miscellaneous steel work, and piping and pipe support. 3.,,Painting maintenance for buildings in various areas within RLC. (b),,Provide scaffolding within or outside RLC for various Maintenance Works including additional manpower and (c),,Galvanize Mild Steel Chequered plates,

CHARTER OF A SUPPORT VESSEL FOR WELLHEAD MAINT ACTIVITIES-CHARTER OF A SUPPORT VESSEL FOR WELLHEAD MAINTENANCE ACTIVITIES Provision of one (01) Wellhead Maintenance Support Vessel for - Transporting up to eleven (11) passengers and equipment btween Halul Island and Offshore Locations. - Maneuver around / moor to wellhead jackets during wellhead maintenance operations. Contract Start Date (Tentative): 24/04/2017 Contract Duration shall be five (05) years
