Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa sprzętu komputerowego, w tym komputerów przenośnych i stacjonarnych, monitorów, tabletów oraz innych akcesoriów komputerowych w podziale na 9 części. Przedmiot zamówienia został szczegółowo opisany w Rozdziale IV SWZ - Opis przedmiotu zamówienia oraz w projekcie umowy zawartym w Rozdziale XXI SWZ. Wszystkie wymagania określone w Rozdziale IV SWZ stanowią minimalne wymagania Zamawiającego w przedmiotowym zakresie, a ich spełnienie jest obligatoryjne. Niespełnienie ww. wymagań minimalnych będzie skutkować odrzuceniem oferty na podstawie art. 226 ust. 1 pkt 5) ustawy Pzp, jako niezgodnej z warunkami zamówienia.
