Zakres przedmiotu zamówienia obejmuje: 1) wykonanie projektu wykonawczego dot. remontu schodów wejściowych do budynku A22 oraz projektu instalacji przeciwoblodzeniowej, 2) sporządzenie szczegółowych specyfikacji technicznych wykonania i odbioru robót budowlanych, 3) uzyskanie wszystkich formalności związanych z prowadzeniem procesu budowlanego (jeśli wymagane), 4) organizację zaplecza budowy, 5) wykonanie robót budowlanych zgodnie z zaakceptowaną przez Zamawiającego dokumentacją projektową wraz z zakupem ze środków własnych oraz montażem niezbędnych materiałów i wyposażenia, 6) przygotowanie dokumentów kolaudacyjnych (protokoły, atesty, certyfikaty, itp.)
