The contracting authority needs assistance in adapting, configuring and managing the BMC portfolio (Often referred to as 'Remedy'). The Norwegian Police Shared Services (Norwegian: PIT) also needs assistance for further development of EIRA and assistance for the Discovery module. The current tool support (often referred to as "Remedy") consists of three main products: 1. BMC Smart IT (Package with several modules) (The tool has been named 'Eira' in PIT) 2. BMC Discovery (ADDM) 3. BMC' Digital workplace advanced' (DWA) (The tool has been named 'Eira' in PIT)

The Police needs access to additional equipment for existing Motorola radio terminals that are currently in use. This concerns all internal users who have Motorola terminals, as well as external users that are operated by PIT (Norwegian Police ICT Services), communication department.

Politiets fellestjenester (PFT) [the Norwegian Police Shared Services] shall enter into a framework agreement for the procurement of Knitted products. The products in this procurement is limited to knitted underwear and middle layer clothing, hats and V-neck sweaters See the tender documentation for further information.

The contract shall replace the outgoing agreement with ICE for mobile broadband in the 450 MHz band. The background for the contract is the need for a secondary supplier of certain telecommunications services in connection with. routes in cars, border control suitcases, etc.

The aim of the invitation to tender is to enter into a framework agreement for the delivery of a simulator system. A simulator system means a solution of ethanol in water of a certain concentration. The product is used in periodic inspections of evidence instruments for alcohol breath tests. The evidence instrument used is of the Evidenzer Mobile 240 type.

The purpose of the procurement is to cover the need for different types of insignia and belts.

Politiets fellestjenester (PFT), hereafter called the contracting authority, would like to enter into a framework agreement for the procurement of office and environment furniture for the police department as well as Politiets sikkerhetstjeneste (PST). The contracting authority will enter into parallel framework agreements with up to 3 tenderers within the entire assignment.

The contract shall cover the Contracting Authority's needs for operation and maintenance of the 112 service. The client's socially critical assignments entail high demands in regard to quality and availability, both in daily use, and in crisis and emergency preparedness. The service is required to be available 24/7/365. The procurement fulfils the terms for procurement without a contest, cf.§ 13-4 (b) no. 2. Competition is impossible due to technical reasons. The Contracting Authority has made a legal assessment of the sole supplier situation.
