Foreign citizens applying for residence in Norway will, during the case processing process, need to appear physically at the police station. The police immigration service needs a system for organising queue and appointment booking for such visits. The purpose of the procurement is to enter into a contract for the delivery of a fully operational SaaS system for queue and appointment booking for use by the immigration service. As an option in the contract, a queue and appointment booking system for passport and ID management, as well as the other services offered to the public by the police, can also be procured. A more detailed description of the purpose of the procurement is provided in Annex 1.

The Norwegian Police Shared Services [Politiets fellestjenester (PFT)], hereinafter called the contracting authority, will enter into a framework agreement for procurement of Norwegian-Norwegian dialogue transcription. By dialogue transcription, the contracting authority means putting a monologue or dialogue into text from an audio or video recording, known as transcription services. The contracting authority and tenderer will enter into a data processing agreement for the processing of data covered by the Personal Data Act and the Police Register Act upon commencement of the contract.

The Norwegian Police and the Norwegian Correctional Service are in need of 2 young dogs for use as search dogs. One of the dogs will be procured as a trained dog. Category dog aged 6 to 12 months (applicable for green dog and trained dog). Category dog aged from 12 months (only applicable for trained dog).

In addition, an option is wanted for the delivery of 2 trained dogs.

The Norwegian Defence's Dog School would like to procure 2 young dogs who will be trained as combination dogs (search/protection).

The procurement will cover the police's need for the further development, maintenance, and logistics of existing systems and services for mobile and reversed anti-violence alarms. The tenderer will be responsible for the operation, management, and further development of software and infrastructure connected to mobile and reversed anti-violence alarm systems, as well as integrations with sub-suppliers and other services in the police.

The aim of the contract is to secure that the contracting authority has access to interpretation services when these are required in order to carry out the contracting authority's work assignments, as well as to ensure legal protection for, and equal treatment of, those who require interpretation. The contract is for the provision of interpretation services for use in, amongst other things, criminal cases, administration cases, and civil legal care. There is a need for interpretation services 24 hours a day, both on weekdays, at weekends, and on public holidays, for both urgent assignments (everything from an immediate need where an interpreter is required as soon as possible to a few hours notice), and planned assignments. The contract also covers in-situ interpretation and remote interpretation.
