Service Desk Provision-The supplier will provide a 24/7 service desk provision. This includes first and second line support for all PPF employees through a number of channels - email, live chat, phone, via a shared Pod of resource, as well as the IT Service Management Ivanti tool to manage Incidents and Service Requests. Professional services has been included to incorporate more development of automation, self service and innovation which will be agreed through statement of works.

Actuarial Consultancy-Actuarial services in relation to a PPF project regarding the PPF compensation structure, the issues on uncapping and the interplay with the Hampshire calculations. The contract ends once all services are completed. This is estimated to take up to seven months.

Security Operations Centre-The supplier will provide a managed detection and response service that monitors the PPF IT estate for malicious activity and professional services as required. The contract includes all estimated fees and VAT over the three-year term.
