Podiatry waiting list initiative - Pilot-Time-limited (up to 12 months) Pilot to establish whether outsourcing some of the Podiatry tasks would be a sustainable operational model on an on-going basis and support reduction of waiting lists. Safe Haven Plus - employment, training and education support services-Project worker to offer employment, training and education support services to Safe Haven users

Safe Haven Plus - Citizens Advice Bureau provision-Dedicated worker to screen, accept or reject referrals made into Citizens Advice Bureau from Safe Haven. To conduct independent assessments of referrals into the service and offer a range of pathways to service users. To offer services including, but not limited to Benefits, Debt, Family, Employment, Housing and Consumer advice services.

Provision of Out of Hours medical cover for CAMHS and ED inpatient units in BSW-Provision of Out of Hours medical cover for Mental Health Beds at Marlborough House (CAMHS), Swindon and Cotswold House, Marlborough (Eating Disorders)

Dietetic provision for BSW Eating Disorders Service-Service will be delivered by an experienced Dietitian who has experience with children and adolescents with Eating disorders and will provide specialist input to support patients nutritional needs.

GP Medic cover - Cotswold House-Medical review of inpatients in Cotswold House

CAMHS Outreach support workers-CAMHS Outreach workers will work alongside CAMHS colleagues to hold and support cases deemed needing more intense work in the home or within the community to either reengage the young people into the CAMHS service or support recovery on their Mental Health Needs.

Provision of Adult Mental Health Floating Support Services-Short term community based service will be targeted at adults who have serious and/or enduring mental health needs to enable them to live and be supported within the community as opposed to acute healthcare settings. The support offered to Service users will be in line with the clusters 4-17 specifications.
