The main part of the execution contract includes no-dig work with the bulging of water pipes and stocking of sewage common in the area of Arctanderbyen (the Arctander town).

The need for the services within the framework agreement is considered to be sporadic, but ongoing. The consumption is evenly distributed over the year. The stated scope is estimated based on the current consumption and is intended as information to tenderers only. A framework agreement will be signed with one tenderer. The estimated and maximum value of the framework agreement is NOK 12,000,000.

The Agency for Water and Sewage (Norwegian: VAV) needs to enter into a framework agreement for the purchase of IoT loggers and sensors with associated operational monitoring via a dashboard/web solution. The equipment will be used by the Section for Sewage Transport (Norwegian: ATR) for remote monitoring of overflows in the sewage network, water levels in streams/stream grates and calculations of sewage quantities. In the Section for Water Environment (Norwegian: VAM) the equipment will be used for monitoring water levels in dams and in the Section for Water Distribution (Norwegian: VDI) for monitoring the flow/pressure in water distribution networks. It is expected that other sections of the VAV that will need the equipment will be added.

The Agency for Water and Sewage refers to the voluntary ex-ante transparency notice for the procurement of a contract for the support, maintenance, and development of our EAM-system (Entreprise asset management). The contracting authority did not receive any appeals against the voluntary ex-ante transparency notice during the waiting period. VAV thus announces that a contract for the service, support, and operation of the system has been awarded and signed with Prevas AS.
