Contract for the Provision of up to 5 analytical chemistry courses in the framework of the Chemical Weapons Convention under the Africa Program.

The OPCW ) awarded a three (3) year Contract, with an option to extend for 2 years, for the provision of commissary services to the OPCW at its Headquarters located at Johan de Wittlaan 32, 2517 JR The Hague

The OPCW requires the provision of catering services throughout the year, five (5) days per week. The required catering services include preparation and serving of foods for a variety of group sizes and service levels on a regular and as-required basis. Two (2) types of catering services will be required under the contract: Daily Catering Services: Staff catering for breakfast and Lunch during working days; and Basic café style catering. Ad-hoc Event Catering Services - Upon request: Conference and visitor catering; and Special events and executive lunching and dinning. More specifically the catering provider will be required to offer the following services: Working days, daily breakfast (restaurant) 08:30 – 11:00; Working days, daily lunch (restaurant) 12:00-14:30; Working days, daily coffee bar service (restaurant) 08:30-16:00; Upon request coffee bar/drinks service (Delegates lounge); Upon request lunch/diner service in the Executive Dining Room; and Upon request reception catering.

The OPCW is seeking a qualified vendor for the provision of Relocation Services. The objective of the Contract is the provision of relocation services as follows: Shipment entitlements of newly recruited international OPCW staff members may vary from case to case and are allocated in net terms of weight and measurement for full removal of household goods and personal effects from their place of recruitment to the Netherlands and return to the country of repatriation. Each entitlement shall depend on length of contract and family size.

Provision of one new UFED Touch 2 Ultimate ruggedized form including delivery and 3-year Cellebrite Ultimate software license.

In order to update the OPCW’s Chemical Laboratory and Equipment Store, located in Rijswijk, a suburb of The Hague in The Netherlands, a project to upgrade the Laboratory and Equipment Store to a Centre for Chemistry and Technology has been established (hereinafter the "Project"). The Contractor shall provide legal counsel services to the TS, throughout the life-cycle of the Project.

The OPCW  awarded a Contract for the provision of one (1) Analytical Skills Development Course delivered in the English language with the possibility of the delivery of additional four (4) Analytical Skills Development Courses (up to five (5) Courses in total)
