Hyperspectral imaging system for biological uses. The system must operate in the SWIR spectral area (approx. 970-2500nm), in accordance with work distance, spectral and spacial resolution, and optical aberrations. The system ought to be complete with a measuring rig, including a translation step with 50 cm scanning area, light source, reflectance standards as specified, a computer and software to operate the system (and optimally, software for data analysis). NTNU Technology Transfer AS is in need of a framework agreement that can cover our need for services within patents and IPR consultancy. The framework agreement will be executed in parallel with 5 tenderers such that the tenderer appointed as No. 1 can be engaged on an ongoing basis and directly. If No. 1 is unable to accept the assignment due to conflict of interest, the Contracting Authority can choose tenderer no. 2 and so on. Additionally, the Contracting Authority has the right but not the obligation to hold a mini contest among the 5 tenderers.

NTNU would like to procure at least 2 lasers, with an option for 5 lasers in the next 3 years. The laser will be used to two-photon microscopy with calcium depiction in order to study brain cells in mice. The main aims are to understand more about how time, space, and memory are saved. The laser must have 920nm wave length and 80MHz repetition speed, including the following specifications: Good resolution, stable operation, and low noise level.
