Tromsø Municipality c/o the Section for Procurements would like to establish a dynamic purchasing system (DPS) for the purchase of vehicles for Tromsø Municipality and Karlsøy Municipality. Oslo municipality has prepared standard requirement specifications for the construction of buildings, including "Standard requirement specifications for Oslo Municipality" (hereinafter "SKOK" [Standard kravspesifikasjoner for Oslo kommune]). The system that be purchased will cover the Contracting Authority's needs for support with various work processes related to SKOK.
