The objective of the procurement is to supplement the child welfare authorities' need for the following services: • Care changing measures • Compensatory measures • Measures aimed at youth and behavioural challenges • Bed-sit with follow-up • Control measures • Stabilising measures • Measures for families with massive and complex challenges • Cultural competence/cultural interpreter • Animal-assisted interventions Tenders can be submitted for parts of the assignment. Dynamic purchasing system for child welfare services. The contracting authority needs external assistance in the child welfare services. This currently applies to services in both case processing and measures in the child welfare service. Other adjacent disciplines can be added to the system as needed.
