Rælingen municipality shall enter into an agreement to cover the need for round-the-clock services for a young person with moderate mental retardation and atypical autism. The objective of the procurement is to meet the need for relocation of a family home, pending increased capacity in the home municipality.

The contracting authority hereby invites tenderers to a contest for a framework agreement for the delivery of temporary staff services for the health and care services.

The contracting authority would like to enter into an agreement on an approved occupational health service [bedriftshelsetjeneste (BHT)] in accordance with the regulations on administrative schemes in the Working Environment Act, FOR 2011-12-06, no. 1360 and the regulations on organisation, management and participation FOR-2011-12-06, no. 1355. The occupational health service must provide consultancy, guidance and assistance to managers, personnel safety representatives and committees within Health, Safety and the Environment. The main focus of the occupational health service must be directed at preventive HSE work.

Norsk Tipping will outsource the operation of the company's canteen to an external supplier. In autumn 2022, Norsk Tipping decided to transfer its canteen operations. The business transfer was not carried out with the aim of financial gain, but with the objective of maintaining a good offering for Norsk Tipping's employees and guests. The transfer of up to two employees may be part of the contract.

The value of the procurement is estimated to be: NOK 5,000,000 excluding VAT a year. The value is an estimate and is not binding for the contracting authority. The need is uncertain.
