Elective Outpatient and Diagnostic Services-The service provision is to provide the following specialties: Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT), Gynaecology (including Menopause Services) and Gastroenterology across all eight North West London boroughs (Brent, Central London (Westminster), Ealing, Hammersmith & Fulham, Harrow, Hillingdon, Hounslow, West London (Kensington & Chelsea and Queens Park & Paddington).

arnet, Enfield and Haringey Mental Health NHS Trust (RRP) 2024/25-27 Mental Health Contract-The provider is a NHS Trust, providing mental health care services including, but not limited to, Commissioner Requested Services (CRS) and specialised services. The provider is the only provider capable of delivering the services due to the nature of those health care services.

Hypertension, Excess Weight, Common MH conditions & Cancer Screening-The service will support collaboration with the three Integrated Neighbourhood Hubs (North, South West & South East) whose patients have multiple LTCs to co-produce agreed outcomes and interventions for those groups to improve overall health in relation to: hypertension, excess weight and anxiety and depression that also address CHD, diabetes, cancer screening and other health priorities that are relevant to these communities based on hyper local needs.
