Further competition carried out under NEPO503 Neutral Vendor Managed Service for Specialist Professional Services (NEPRO3).

NEPRO3 - North Tyneside Council Retail Leisure and Town Centre Improvement Study-Nexus Planning Limited have been appointed by Bloom Procurement Services Ltd on behalf of North Tyneside Council to deliver a North Tyneside Retail, Leisure and Town Centre study, including a town centre improvement study, this commission is supported by grant funding.
